Default richthegill v Woolwich x2

Have now sent off for my S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) for 2 accounts I had with Woolwich (dated 25/01/2006)

quick query though, should I just do one account clear that then head for the 2nd one, or just go for both at the same time?

If they were both personal accounts and in your own name, you might as well merge the two accounts into one claim

if the charges come to more than 5k then i suggest splitting them. into 2 claims for difft accounts. keep on them for statements as so slow!

They wont add up to over 5k between them so am ok on that score.
Did recieve a letter today from Woolwich saying they are sorry to hear of the problems I experienced and my details have been passed to a case manager. My complaint will be heard by the 1st of March. Weird I only send in a S.A.R!

Ok got a standard reply saying they are looking into it and my case has been passed on to a case manager. they are committed to resolving my complaint by the 16th of March.
Well tough, they are trying to get out of the 14 days I gave them so today, the 15th day, I have issued an LBA. Let's hope they speed up a bit now.

Yesterday I recieved a letter from Woolwich stating that because of the nature of my complaint it has been escalated to Barclays to deal...hopefully I will hear in the next few days as I sent them the LBA

Stick to your timescales
The next thing you will recieve from them is a "gesture of goodwill" offer of no where near what you are claiming....
I'm sure you have had a good read in the woolwich threads so you'll already know your next steps!

Spot on Steve. Claiming £1320 the offered me a derisory £250 as a gesture of goodwill. well my goodwill has gone out the window.
The time is up for them to settle in full but all the templates mention giving the rest of the time to settle in full. Shall I just go to MCOL?
