Quick question re bundle

Hi Guys

Bit late but it has been a while since I last wrote. Happy New (and prosperous hopefully) Year everyone.

Just a quickie, in the Court bundle, do I have to produce the actual bank statements or is the schedule of charges The Woolwich sent me proof enough?

Have just received my allocation questionnaire but need to make sure I am ready when I am asked for the bundle.

You should copy the statement you got from your S.A.R - (Subject Access Request).

3 copies of everything, one for you, one for the Judge and one for the defendant. Basic Court Bundle

that is of course the requirement should you go to court ! i dont think anyone has went to court so far !

The Woolwich only sent me a schedule in reply to my S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) - they never sent me copies of my statements. Hopefully, I won't need a bundle but just wanted to check.

I only got schedules too, how did you total any charges they refunded
