Woolwich charges on one page not statements

I received a reply from The Woolwich after requesting my past charges etc which were listed on the reverse of the covering letter rather than being supplied with all my statements. Is this standard rather than them not wanting to diclose anything (which I know they must) which you may find constructive to your own benefit?... Is this an indication of beligerence towards my instance?..

on a separate page rather. But a summary rather than full statements...
Just wondering if this may hint at a tactic or is just basic reply to the initial request...

I got a list rather than statements when I sent for mine a couple of months back so I don`t think it`s anything sinister. It`s up to you whether you pursue them to get the staements or if you think all the chatrges are included, just use the summary. Best of luck.

I got the same, and if you used the template from this site that is what you asked them for in your S.A.R - (Subject Access Request)

" Please supply me with a complete list of transactions and charges relating to my banking history with your organisation. Alternatively, a complete set of statements for that period will be acceptable."

look on the bright side, they've done the job of sifting through 6 years of statments for you

They did that for my hubby, cos all the charges he had actually fit onto one sheet!! LOL

I got them same however i would advise to check the dates to make sure there are no big gaps which could imply missed statements as we all know computers can make mistakes not the staff entering the date ! lol
