Lou

They're dragging their heels abit on yours.

Requested ours on phone 19/4, followed by a 'shirty' letter on 21/4 and they sent them out (with a few statements missing) 24/4, got them today.

Didn't cost us anything either.

Where did you send your request?

Hmmm to their H/O

A guy from Barclays is going to call at 5 tonight to discuss the progress of Woolwich/Monument and Barclaycard

He looked into it on sunday and emailed me asking if he can discuss rather than email!

So ill be waiing apitently to see what he may say

(wouldnt be surprised i they say F off or here you go have a few charges refunded!)

Either way I will not back down!

I didn't know they worked on Sundays?

Just tell him straight what you expect. Be assertive and don't let him talk you into anything.

Well, they haven't done what they are supposed to i.e. send you your statements (if I'm reading this correctly).

I would write to them again and tell them that you will be reporting them to the Information Commissioner unless statements are received forthwith.

I threatened the Woolwich with this and I got a full set of statements a couple of days later. Hope this helps.

Well well well!

! day before the 40 days was up and I received my statements!

They owe £1463.

But they missed some of last years statements out, luckily i checke online, and they only missed the pages that had charges on them1 Cheeky gits! Looks like its another Information Commissioner complaint now, as they didnt comply but sending the whole batch.

Prelim ready and waiting!
