Ggrrrr, I wish the law would take them to task and charge them extra big fines for clogging up the judicial timetable. Perhaps the government should consider building a couple of prisons especially to house all the naughty bankers (I say a couple and of course mean large floating platforms in the North Atlantic)
Do you think there will be a ruling before the end of the year definitively outlawing scurrilous charging? |

Do you think there will be a ruling before the end of the year definitively outlawing scurrilous charging? | I understand the Grrr Welshcakes, I'm constantly peed off to say the least, although last nights Whistleblower made me feel great. I don't know whats coming, but somethings gotta give - the pressure's mounting. First will come the OFT's useless findings and then hopefully being hung, drawn and quartered will be brought back.
It does make me laugh that 'banks' won't comment on charges until the OFT findings - they must need thier hands holding when it comes to working out thier charges.
I haven't been online much recently but I would hope that courts start massively block listing cases, sooner rather than later, or send 'em all higher. I think that every judge should order standard disclosure.
Hell, I don't know - but I wish they'd sort out these barstewards!!.

| | Gold Account Customer | Re: Delboy against The Woolwich I have been told this case is going to the Mercantile Court, (AQ handed in advised not required as prob going to Mercantile...) I have read some of the threads on Mercantile section, but havnt come across any thread regarding the procedures from here in, is there a procedure thread?

Also, is there a chance I will get an earliar court date thro the Mercantile (ie them bulking up cases) rather than if I had to go thro the CC?
