The best thing would be to purchase a copy of 'Small Claims Procedure: A Practical Guide' which can be found in Market Overt here:

Market Overt Classifieds - Main Index - Powered by PhotoPost Classifieds

You could also spend some time in the Barclays and Woolwich successes forum reading through the WON threads:

Have had a letter from Barclays offering £1000 in full and final settlement. Just done the rejection letter..accpet as part payment etc. The 14 days after LBA was up on 14th Nov. Should I allow them any further time to respond to the rejection letter or just start MCOL ??

Erm - keep an eye on my thread - I've just hit the same issue, two weeks after filing my MCOL, and it seems as if getting it wrong will cost you £35 later on to correct

Hopefully someone clever will reply to me soon!

Mat

Can anyone out there help with what address to put on the MCOL for Woolwich/Barclays? Also my sisters filling in an N1 but she's claiming for two seperate accounts with Barclays. Can she put them both on the same N1 form? She doesn't have to pay the fee so thats not an issue we're just not sure if its two seperate claims or not. HEEEEELP!!!!!!!!!!

REGISTERED ADDRESS: -
Woolwich

1 CHURCHILL PLACE
LONDON
E14 5HP

If both a/c's are in her name and total less than £5000, then she can combine them into 1 claim

Thanks MB. MCOL all filled in. Gonna start my claim Monday when I have the £120 and so begins the waiting game!!! Quite hectic at the mo as I am also doing my sisters claim against Barclays for £4700 but she is going through the courts as she doesnt have to pay the fees so I am having to learn a lot of stuff all at once. Have to do it for her cos she's useless at forms, computers everything!! I should be on comission lol!!

1. Directions will be given on 26th March at Cardiff.

2. The parties may appear in person or make written representation as to how the case should proceed provided a copy of the representation is sent to the court and the other side at least 7 working days prior to the hearing.
