Unhappy still no offers!!!

Hello to all, i'm getting a little worried, all my requests for payment were answered with the response " we aim to resolve this matter by 9th october " which is two weeks over the 14 days given. I have now recieved another letter for one of my accounts (the smallest of three im claiming) from Barclays saying the matter has been refered to them for investigation and this could take upto 8 weeks. I am due to send the LBA on all three accounts on 25th but now they have replied giving me more delays im not sure wether i should still send them. If it goes to court will they say i have been unreasonable as they have responded with explanations and dates to which they are aiming to resolve the matter by. Think im getting the jitters a bit and just need some reassurance on the timescales i should follow.....

thanks
