Default Dave & Sue's Woolwich update

Hi
Take a look at the following dates and tell me how switched on my branch manger is

10th March my bank received Data Protection Act letter

20th March i phoned my bank to see how far in the system it had got (sent to Head Office)

22nd March received all 6 years statements free of charge from Barclays Data Protection in Cheshire ( not Woolwich head office )

25th March hand delivered 1st request letter (£1,616.26) to my bank manager

30th March (today) received a letter dated 27th March from my bank manager thanking me for my letter dated 10th march but due to the compexity of the Data Protection Act request he will be passing it on to his head office and will get back to me within the 40 day timescale

i ask myself do i have much hope in this man

Dave

Please will you stick to a single thread. With the amount of poeple there are posting and getting their money back, it gets very confusing when peopl start posting multiple threads for the same issue
