Angry Woolwich unfair charges

I am getting letters almost weekly now due to the woolwich's failures in their system.
I moved my mortgage money from one of my savings pots to the current account the day before it was due to go out.
When I phoned to complain about this I got my money back but their charges took me over my overdraft and they charged me again.
yesterday I gat a letter from them again saying that they are chring me £3 a day for being charged.
I have read on this site that I could get back up to six years of charges.
How do I go about doing this?

yes you can get your charges back but really your better off taking the time to read over the faqs and other members threads because we are all in the same boat and by reading their experiances it will become self explanetry on how to start your claim dont be afraid take your time and it will come i certainly have and have just started the process to get my money back .

I simply called the Woolwich with a request to have my charges refunded. Within 3 weeks they offered me 985 pounds as good will gesture. I am now at stage 2 of requesting inventory of all charges in last 6 years. I know it amounts to a lot more than 985 pounds.

Are the 3 pound a day charge for unauthorised overdraft unlawful charges?
No other bank seems to fix this penalty so why the woolwich?
The 3 pound a day is on top of normal interest charges.

I certainly am claiming my £3 a day charges. It may not sound much, but some month's I was charged up to £48 and the only time I ever used to go over my overdraft limit was when they applied charges to my account.

It's just a shame we can't now charge them £3 a day for all the charges they have unlawfully taken from us...
