Hi,all I haven't been on for a long time,and need to catch up with things.
I had my claim stayed on the 13th of August 2006 at Edmonton CC what do I do now in light of the test case discision.Can I restart my claim and how do I go about it,any info would be a great help,THANKS,

Thanks alot saintly 1,I guess it's a case of wait and see how much longer the banks can hold out for any idea?Will the court let me know when I can restart my claim asa it seems to be dragging on still all good things come to those who wait.

Your in the same position as thousands of others myself included, we are all waiting for the moment the stays can be lifted, we will have more of an idea when the date for any appeals has passed which is next week.
