Woolwich can be slow, so it might be worth just calling them soon to politly remind them that the clock is ticking.

(Just to update you all ) ok folks the balls started rolling and the clocks ticking as im in Northern Ireland i was unsure where to send my letter so chose to send it to the data exceptions unit in watling street bexleyheath which i had got from a credit report i had done for me.well today 6th july 06 i recieved a lovely letter from a lady wendy sayers and signed personally explaining basically that the data exceptions team could not assist me and explaining to me that they have forwarded my request and my cheque for £10 to Barclays Data Protection ,1st Foor,Block 12.Radroke Hall,Nutsford,Chesire WA16 9EU So it only took them 1 day to reply to my recorded delivery lets hope theyre as quick getting my list of charges out to me fingers crossed. Letter arrived today 8th July from barclays data protection refering to my letter of 4th July . just to let me know a schedule of charges is in course of preparation and will be sent to me shortly by the woolwich. As the bank is providing this information on a complimentry basis your cheque for £10.00 is returned herewith. usual summary of manual intervention not covered by Data Protection Act and signed by ???? yes you got Mr Peter Townsend so standard letter that you all have received ! Just a pity they couldnt return my money on a complimentry basis as well !!!!

Hi Paddy,

They are still within their 40 days, however my betting is that it has been over looked. I would remind them either by phone or letter that the clock is ticking.

You can claim for all the above charges. If you think they have missed some off you can ask them for all the statements. Paddy have you ever been reimbursed for any charges over the phone? If you have it may be worth calling them and asking which ones as they still would have included them on the above list. (I.e making you claim back too much causing a few more obstacles later)
