Does anyone have a contact name and address for the woolwich.
I would prefer to send my charges to someone who can make a decision.
Thanks

Best to send your letters to; LAURENCE WHITE
Customer Relations Manager
Barclays
Freepost RLTA-CSUE-TCHC
Head Office Customer Relations
London
E14 5HP

I originally sent my first letter to a Woolwich at Clacton - on- sea in Essex which is their head office. You are better off sending straight to Barclays h/o as it saves all your letters being referred and saves time.

Good luck although you don't need it.

Don't do any of your stages over the phone. Put every imprtant piece of communication in writing and send registered post (extra 70 p ant Post Office and you can go online to Royal Mailwebsite and see when it was delivered and the electronic signature of receiver).

Barclays Data Protection can handle all Woolwich SARs. The address is:

Andrew Miskell
Privacy & Barckays Data Protection
Barclays
Radbroke Hall
knutsford
CHESHIRE WA16 9EU

Their phone number is 01565 614000
fax 01565 613583

Hello....I'm new here and it looks like I might have found the place to get answers to my question.

My Grandson [23] had a Woolwich account as a youngster. He is now estranged from his parents and lives with his Grandad and myself.

He needs a bank account for his wages to be payed into. Weve looked into the Basic Bank Account but he doesn't have utility bills in his name never having lived where he was solely responsible for bills.

Does any one think his details from the Woolwich will be on there records now and if so could he access them......please.

If he had a Woolwich for Kids account, this should have changed into a current account when he turned 16. Bearing in mind he is now 23, I would have thought that the account would have been made dormant a while ago. If he had any money in the account he needs to contact their dormancy team to get his money back.
