Default Woolwich are not learning

I have just received a statement which showed l was 10.56 overdrawn a returned cheque and direct debit got returned both charged at 35 pounds each, interest at 32P.
Now l also have a letter stating because l am overdrawn they are applying a 51 pound administartion fee of 51 pounds.
That will now make the account 132 pounds overdrawn.
Now if there is anyone who is thinking twice about claiming there charges this should put you into no doubt that it is the right thing to do.
I thought Loan Sharks were out lawed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
Me think not they trade under a different name now.
regards
By the way i have banked with the woolwich for 35 years.
and keep up all the good work.

I just realised that a month a go l wrote them a letter cancelling my Direct Debits, so that charge is not only unlawful it is downright criminal.

The Woolwich was so much better before Barclays got their grubby hands on it...........
