Default Not being able to attend court
I am currently in the process of claiming back bank charges from Barclays, and I am about to send an LBA (Letter Before Action). What I want to know is, in the unlikely even that Barclays arrange a court hearing etc..., what will happen to me, as I suffer from Agoraphobia and wouldn't possibly be able to physically attend a hearing.

Will they just throw my case out if I don't go?

Barclays will probably not go to court. If you can not go to court, then i believe someone can go on your behalf, relative, partner maybe. You should let the court know of your problem when you receive your Allocation Questionaire. I have left you some links below to help you around the site.
