See below for response to your question. FAST TRACK- For claim values between £5,000 and £15,000
- Where the case can be heard in one day or less
MULTI-TRACK- Cases which fall outside of the above scenarios
Since the N150 is usually distributed for claims which are likely to fall outside of the scope of Small Claims Track, it is slightly more in-depth and has a few more sections.
All of the above can be found here and is always a very good idea to read them before trying to reclaim your charges. Example Step-By-Step Instructions - Now updated to reflect the OFT court judgment

Erh well only depends on you point of view glasshalf empty or half full AS IT WERE. i wasnt attempting to scare him with the fasttrack link you see not only does it set out the potential costs (that can be applyed & redeemed when the bank settle). But mentions the steps and the related costs to be better prepaired.
you see i got that motto as I started out as a cub groover
