Default long time listener, first time caller

so yeah, i heard about this place a loong time ago (over a year at any rate).

I joined up, grabbed a template, but I haven't pusued anything as yet.

my target?

Barclays

amount?

I expect it to be in the region of 3/4K.

I began the process last June, by registering my discontent over the phone. getting an ID for the call etc etc.

Barclays never called back to discuss.

it was around this time, that I began to realise i would have to declare bankruptcy, and so I never got around to pursuing them fully.

I've since lost my records of the call, but I'm hoping with a little verbal pressure, they will be able to dig up the information....naive...ma ybe.

I'm really grateful a place like this exists, i think you guys do a fantastic service.

i'll keep y'all posted.
