Welcome to the forum.
If you have sent the first two letters you now need to send the third. I am slightly unsure as to which two letters you refer but am guessing they are the Subject Access Request and prelim letters. If you had no responce to these please send this non compliance letter;
Data Protection Act Non-Compliance - Particulars of claim
Please find your banks forum and start a thread;
(your user name) V (banks name)
Other members with experiance of your bank can offer informed advice.
use the template letters in order. Stick to the timetable in there.
