Cool Mortgage

I have let out my flat and the Halifax have increased my rate but also want to charge me £500. I challenged this because what administration could possibly be involved in filling out one form and entering it onto the computer, particularly when they have upped the rate. They say that this £500 fee is part of the increased charge. Does anyone know if they can do this?

Also, does anyone know a better place to move my mortgage to because I think their servic stinks anyway!

Welcome to the OP please read what Mochamoo has said as clearly they have taken the time to read your post and advised you of a good place to start a new thread for your specific circumstances.
Rapster, PLEASE CAN YOU GET A FEW MORE TEMPLATES TO FIT THE CIRCUMSTANCES. What if you came onto the CAG and had a problem with the NHS, for example,(we have an NHS forum) please tell me how you would feel reading what you have posted. It is right under the right circumstances, this wasn;t.
