Default new to consumer action group and need help !
Hi everyone,

I originally wrote to Royal Bank of Scotland on 13th March with a list of my charges. I received no reply - I then sent chase up letter on 1st April - still no reply ( all sent recorded del so I know they have them). I'm now at the stage of court action and am not sure what to do now as my claim is for £3000. can someone please help me as i'm stuck !
