Default Royal Bank of Scotland and Capital One

HI I am new to this forum.
I am making claims against the Royal Bank Of Scotland and Capital One. Both sold my debts onto debt collection agencies. The debt collection agencies seem to added charges in excess of 100%.
I have written to the agencies and told them the balance with my original creditor is in dispute and I am going to approach both BoS and Capital One for details of charges.

Hello Citizen and welcome to CAG

Im sure you are already aware of how important it is to read all the information before you start. You will find a dedicated section on the site for debt collection agencies, it will be wise for you to read the threads on there too as this will give youa good idea as to what you will encounter in your claim.

Also please start a thread of your own...this will help you to keep on top of your claims and also other people will pop along and give you encouragement and advice as and when.

Pop into the chatroom and ask questions in there too...you will be made very welcome and there is always someone there who can answe any urgent queries you have!!

There is also a dedicated section about claiming in Scotland, dont forget to look about there!!
Good luck
