Default Can some one help me and my 6 month old baby boy?? im new

Hi can someone help me, I lost my job in december, and i had a loan out with lloyds tsb, So the day after i lost my job i went into my local branch and told them i had lost my job and would not be able to pay my loan this month and is there any way i can freeze or have a gap month until i get back to work. They give me a number to ring which i rang the following day, After telling the woman on the phone about me losing my job and so on,i then asked her so can i freeze my loan or add an extra month on to the end of my loan just to miss this month, so i can get back on my feet.
She replied im sure we can sort that out for you, so i told her i will not have the money in my account for the loan this month ,( not having a job and being christmas an all). So she said she will sort that out for me, this is the 14 of December. and when the 27 or December came i was astonished at me finding they had taken the money for the loan, and took what money i had left, and made me overdrawn by 132 pounds, i did not have a job and did not recieve any money from job seakers until 14th January, and i have a 4 month old son at this time aswell. i went to the bankand asked them to explain why the money was taken out, the woman at my branch could not tell me so she rang someone while i was there. i spoke to this man on the phone i told him i have no money and i need money, he said he cant refund whats already been taken out, i said but u said you would not take the money out, he then said no one from tsb can say that, because they could not stop my loan dd from coming out and they can not give me a month to find a job, i then said so you are going to keep taking the money ut even though im already overdrawn and have no means of paying. he just kept repeating that they cant stop my direct debit.
Please any mone who can help me i will tell you the full storey, but i need help soon, all this is making me ill with worry.
