Lightbulb Newbie versus RBoS.....
Hi, Having spent a couple of days looking through some of the posts - particularly RBoS, I am about to take the plunge by sending first stage to get statements..

Been with them for years, but am getting a bit brassed off with monthly charges and nonsense..

Has anyone come across an easy method for sorting the royalities charges out from the claimable charges or it it a case of using the spreadsheet and adjusting the monthly debits?

Thank you for giving me the confidence to kick off!!!

Thanks for the advice Happyolddog - have just sent my Subject Access Request via special delivery - I will set up a new thread on RBS thread to keep updated
