Getting Started

Hi, I have just joined up and want to get underway, But I am worried about the possibility of having to go to court..... Also can anyone tell me if because this was a joint account up until my husband's death 2 years ago, I can still claim charges back the full 6 years?

Hi there,

You van claim back the full 6 years no problem.

It is unlikely that you will have to go to court but remember there is a possibility. dont worry about that though as there is a mind of help and information and if it came to that a "Buddy" would go to court with you off this site.

Dont be intimidated by the bank.

Go and get whats rightly yours and read up on this forum it will ease your worries.

You are amongst many friends here.

Hi, just getting started. Can anyone tell me if I can claim back O/D interest. I have been charged this almost every month since 2002, and I have not always been over the O/D limit
