Halifax and NatWest Claims

I'm just about to proceed on claims from NatWest and Halifax, the total will be £6,000 - £7,000. I want to get it right. I already have another account and intend to transfer DD's, any insight and advise will be welcomed. Thanks

Hi Feyis, welcome to the CAG. I'd suggest starting threads on both the Nat West and Halifax forums. You'll find loads of help and support is available to you (I'm a Nat Wester myself!) Good luck with your claims, and keep posting on the relevant bank forum whenever you get stuck/feel unsure/need some support.

Thanks a lot for the encouragement, I've been proposing taking the plunge for such a long time and now I feel the time is never better. I will check the threads on the existing Halifax and NatWest. Cheers.

I have now received a letter from Halifax offering less than half the amount being claimed...Should I take it!!!
