hi
have just signed up today , not a computer wiz kid by any means very slow on the uptake . hope to gain lots of knowlage from some very wise people , my husband and i enquired about bank charges through a investment company (who's name i will not mention ) they want 30% of your total claim is this right? also the banks say these companies must be registered befor April 2007 not sure what to do can somone advise Regards

Hi and wellcome. Please have a read at the FAQs so you understand the steps to take. There is no need to get someone else to reclaim your charges for you at such a high price. All the info you need is on this site.

Find the list of banks and other organisations and start your thread in that/those forums so that we can keep tract of your claim. I know at first it may seem scary but don't worry, you'll be fine.

Hi there my husband and i have just joined today as well and aren t computer whizz's ourselves, but i would strongly advise you to attempt to claim the money back yourselves,and not line someone else s pocket with 30% of your winnings.
