Hello
I have just recieved a letter from Nationwide in response to me sending Letter Before Action...
It's from the Member Services saying:
"I've only just recieved yoru details from Customer Care manager, and will be reviewing them as soon as possible, once I've finished I will write you with our findings. The Financial Services Authority allows us 8 weeks to investigate before you(me) have the right to ask the FSA to review the case."
Question.. do I wait or should I go ahead and file a claim with the courts? I sent my first letter asking for a refund on 18th December
