Hi All, HAVE HAD CLAIM GOING THROUGH SINCE FEBRUARY WITH RBS, DEFENCE NOW ARRIVED FROM SOLICITORS STATING; The Defendant is embarrassed by the lack of particularity pleaded in the Particulars of Claim. ANY IDEA WHAT THIS MEANS? I HAVE 14 DAYS TO REMEDY. FANTASTIC SITE, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
