Default help! online moneyclaim 'suspended'

Hi,

Ive just checked how my moneyclaim is moving along, only to see that the claim has been suspended.

it states there is nothing i can do....Im trying not to PANIC!

Im sure this has happened to others, Does anyone know what this means
and what do I do now

Ive made a claim of around £4995 against HSBC and was really hoping this would get sorted within the next few weeks, as others have said.

Please any advise most appreciated

I would call the court tomorrow with your claim details. They should be able to tell you what has happened.

hi, so my online moneyclaim against HSBC was redirected to the local county court (HSBC submitted a defence) Now I'm told the judge has referred it the the Mercantile HIGH COURT! (my total claim was under 5k) I've been told I need to wait to hear from Judge Mackie.

I'm really not sure what the implications are of it being transferred to the High Court! is this a delaying tactic? or am I now going to be liable for court costs? or do I have to get representation? PLEASE HELP!
