Question cashisking against cooperative bank
i am very new to this and have just received my s.a.r after just 3 days and to my horror its £3050 over 6 years.i have not included visa charges for using my visa debit card abroad which are charges of £2.00 each and as ive travelled alot i have many.can i reclaim these?can i claim interest for the full amount and if so how?are they likely to close my account down?can anyone give me any advice on cooperative bank?.i feel im about to go into battle with the enemy.

No you can't claim the visa charges as they are for a service..

They are unlikely to close your account down, and today i have read of a claim that was settled at the Subject Access Request stage..
