Any case is unlikely to be heard fast track or not. They usually settle before a court date.

You need to write to the Information Commissioners Office (Information Commissioners Office) please read the FAQs etc for more details on how to do this. And how to take the company to court to get the info you need.

Hiya not sure if anyone is able to help you now as you have been posting your questions on various threads in the welcome forum rather than the bank forum. However have you read around the bank forums and FAQs yet to see what others have gone thru?
