Question Bank charge reclaim - Abbey National
Hi, I'm reclaiming charges from Abbey and so far they paid me 690 as a 'goodwill' gesture, but I continued my claim. They then offered me half as an out of court settlement. I have decided to stick to my guns and am now about to submit my allocation questionnaire for the small claims court. Though, at the moment, I am feeling very unsure about this and wondering whether I should just accept their offer. Part of me says that making me any offer is an admission of guilt in part and so I should proceed, but it is a bit daunting. Anybody got any advice?

Theres no reason as to why you should accept partial settlement after going so far.!
Its your money you are entitled to 100% stick to your guns.
