need help to get bank charges refunded

This month my bank chrged and took out of my account £100 can anyone help me in getting started with making a claim.

Hi and welcome, you need to have a look on the forum before you start, you need to firstly call the bank and tell them you want the money back as you believe the charges are unfair and don't meet their costs. If that goes wrong then you need to send some letters in to ask them for the money back. I think they will pay up quite quickly as its such a low amount but they may try and mess you about abit. Have a read on here to learn what its about first.

Welcome to the Cag and your first point of call is the FAQ's which will show you how to go about the process. Once you have had a good read of them then start a thread in the relevant bank thread and you will get all the help you will need. Good Luck
One last point you can claim back charges up to 6 years from today. Once you feel confident then start a thread in the relevant bank forum.
