Default I'm new but learning fast!

Just wanted to say hello & that I have joined you all in fighting back. It's very liberating when you read the threads here & see the banks are paying out! HA
My claims are with Lloyds TSB - a current account £1332.33 & a Lloyds TSB Mastercard £1265
I've just completed the N1 form & an excemption form as I receive Working Tax Credits - going into the court on Monday to take the forms in which is a bit scary!

Hi, Dotty, nothing scary about it, go in there with your head held high and a large grin on your face, you know you'll be getting what's rightfully yours back.

Best wishes with your claim.

Scott.
