Subject Access Request

Hello,

I made a subject access request to the cooperative bank over 40 days ago now and have tried to phone them to get them to send me the info - with no success! I know they've received the request and the cheque and they agreed that the 40 day start date would be the 24th October.

So, I know there's a form letter on the site to send re this - I'd be very grateful if someone could point me to it!

I think the work of this site i.e. all the people who run it and support it, is fantastic, but I find it very difficult to navigate and often run out of time to find what I was looking for! (Sick partner and best friend to care for , two jobs etc!).
