Has anyone tried to claim unfair charges back form student loans before? I was just wondering because I have had a lot of trouble with. My wife became ill and was unable to work, so was unable to pay. She wouldn’t give me authority to deal with it at first. So got in to debt. I have sorted it out now but was wondering if it would be possible to clam.

Once you have located your bank and have made your thread, select thread tools at the top right of the thread, choose subscribe to thread, then select Yes.

To locate your Claim Threads
Just up from thread tools and to the left click Quick Links, this will offer subscribed threads. In here you will see your claims.

If you do a search on student loans my name should pop up.

In my opinion, they are arrogant, bullying sods.

But they did refund some of my charges after I complained, without telling me they had, naturally.

Obviously I am going after them for the total amount, and encourage you to do the same.

There are loads of peeps on here willing and able to lend a hand, me included.

Start yourself a thread under other institutions as the posts linked above, then when you get your self settled. you can start looking into action to take and start a claim for all your dosh
