Hi. I'm new to the site. My son (who is 25) is working overseas at present and has left me to look after his bank accounts in his absence. I'm absolutely horrified at the amount and number of charges and fines that have been applied to his accounts. :o I'm now a mum on a mission! I'll keep you posted on progress.

Sorry its a late reply i do hope you are still with us?
If your son is overseas he would need to be available for court just incase his claim did get that far but no one has to date, but it always has to be considered.

You will find the banks list under "list of banks" at the base of this post along with the "Q&A" and "please read this first". They all both hold valuable information for the steps of your cliam.

I have added some tips on how to get around the site as well.

Tracking your Claim Thread
Once you have located your bank and have made your thread, select thread tools at the top right of the thread, choose subscribe to thread, then select Yes.

To locate your Claim Threads
Just up from thread tools and to the left click Quick Links, this will offer subscribed threads. In here you will see your claims
