Before beginning to claim your bank charges be sure to read the FAQ by clicking the link above. fab2 Basic Account Customer Watch out, there are Claims Touts about! Challenge your credit file? Join Date: Jun 2006 Posts: 4	Mercentile COurt, HELP!! Hi I have jsut received a letter from the courts saying they have transfered my case to the mercentile courts, is this the normal procedure???? Thanks FAB2

It normally means quite a rapid settlement from the bank as they are basically too frightened to go into the mercantile court. We have a Mercantile Court forum whic is off the General section.
