Default Please Help with Money Claim Online

Hi, I have just issued a claim with Money Claim Online to retreive my money back from Barclays. I had sent them a letter requesting the £1145 in bank charges back and I got a letter from them in a few days saying they aim to deal with complaints within 4 weeks but it could take upto 8 weeks. I got an offer about 4 weeks later offering me £585 as a goodwill gesture but they were not admitting liability (lol). I wrote back asking them for the full amount of £1145 or I would start court proceedings. They then sent me a letter saying they would not offer anymore money and that I could sign the form to accept the £585 or I could go ahead with the court proceedings. So yesterday I went on Money Claim Online and claimed for £1145 + another £30 I got charged 2 weeks ago +interest of £319.75 + court costs £120 which is now over £1600. I would not have had the courage to do this if I had not been on this brilliant website.
When I was making the claim on the Money Claim Online website, I copied and pasted the description of the claim as instructed from this website and filled in the bits with my information. It said something about a list will be sent????? Am I supposed to send some kind of list of charges to the court or the defendant? Im very scared that I do it all wrong. Can anyone help please?

Hi I have got to the point where I have sent my LBA to Halifax and i have been looking at the next step (assuming they will not refund all of my £975) claim.

From what I have read you are supposed to send a list of the charges showing the dates and interest with your claim, not sure how you are supposed to do it on the moneyclaim site (unless you can attach it electronically)

To be honest I am going to see if I can do it the good old fashioned way - I am going to go for Barclays soon

Talking Re: Please Help with Money Claim Online

Just to update. I have now won all my money back. Totaling £1709.64 with interest and court costs. I am delighted.
I got a court date in my local court for 22 March but Barclays sent me a letter offering to settle last friday. I signed the agreement but crossed out the confidentiality part. I got the money in my account on Tuesday.
I can now afford a Nintendo Wii.
But the whole country is out of stock.
Never mind ill just have to wait.
Ill be sending a donation to this great website aswell.
