Question Halifax bank / Halifax Credit Card

Hi

Have a joint account with Halifax and my husband also has a credit card with them.

Due to being a bit slack, on a few occasions, we forgot to pay the credit card bill, Halifax credit card took money directly from the bank account without informing us and sending me overdrawn and costing me charges !!

Do I put these charges from the bank onto the credit card claim as they were the ones that caused the charges by taking the money from my account without my knowledge sending me overdrawn.

Thanks

Question Re: Halifax bank / Halifax Credit Card

Thanks.....

I was hoping it was the other way round, because I am holding off on the Halifax claim which is very small and keeping it as the parachute account !!!!

Never mind eh !!

How did you find LLoyds to deal with, they are where the bulk of my claim is going to be !!!

Is it likely they will withdraw O/D facilities ??

Hi All,
I would like to claim over 1000 in charges, but I have a Halifax credit card. Would they be able to close my credit card account and demand full repayment of the balance, even though it in order?
Dave.

Yes the same letter can be used just customise it.
I find it easier to paste the letter and copy it into a file.
From there you can make any edited changes and of course save it for reference later.

I included six Halifax accounts and a Bank of Scotland credit card on the one Subject Access Request. They signed for it at the end of March but ignored it until I sent a non-compliance LBA in late May.
