I have spent many months wondering wether to follow up claiming my bank charges. I have decided to go ahead. I am with the halifax and have printed off the first letter, i have filled in bank details, found the address off data protection site, but now all i need to know is who to adress the envelope to?? iv put the address on but who is it for??? pls help if u can. Many thanks
