Cool Who pays What?

Hi

Could anyone give me some advice please? I am keen to reclaim charges made to my Nationwide account, has anyone had any positive stories from them? also during my brief period of financial instability Nationwide stopped 2 Mortgage payments to Birmingham Midshires who in turn charged me £35 a time! Should i be claiming from BM or should I add the £70 to my request to Nationwide.

Many Thanks
