Default Me V The Royal Bank Of Scotland

I AM NEW TO THIS AND HAVE SO FAR DONE LETTER NUMBER 1 RECEIVED MY STATEMENTS FILLED IN THE SPREADSHEET AND ABOUT TO DO THE PRELIM LETTER. HOWEVER I AM UNSURE IF I SEND THE PRELIM LETTER TO MY BRANCH OR TO THE ADDRESS I USED TO GET MY STATEMENTS.

I have read as much as I can but cannot find any info on where to send it....

Can anyone help, I think it's the same address as I used for the statements but if it's not I don't want my letter thrown in the bin.

I am absolutely disgusted with the banks for ripping us poor hard working people off!!!

Your money is safer in a bank huh not likely, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask!!!

I WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW I GET ON

P.S. I'M HELPING MY SISTER PUT HER CLAIM IN TOO BUT SHE'S NOT ONLINE...

Hello and welcome

Send your letter to the same address as you used for the first one.

Ask anything else you are unsure of.

RBS usually don't make you any offer until they receive your LBA.

Thanks for that I was stressing a bit about the lack of meaningful response, but then I guess it's to be expected.

Yes, unfortunately they're not very good at the meaningful response bit until they think your serious. To be fair though they are rather busy at the moment
