Default Im New, and really getting into this.
Hi Folks,

I woke this morning to find another two charges made by the bank (lloyds), for both of my current accounts going o/d (£60 in total).

So first thing this morning i went down my local branch, with letter in hand to demand a copy of charges from the last six years. Total of £435. Inc. O/d excess, unpaid d/d, chqs, s/o.

I have now just finished my letter which i am going to take into branch tomorrow, with the 14 days notice.

I feel so much more happy, now ive done something, and i certainly loved seeing there faces this morning when i asked for a copy of my charges, which they gladly done for FREE!!!!!!!!

You're very lucky to get your statements so quickly and for FREE? Who you with?

Start a NEW THREAD on the relevant forum, dude, and share your experiences with the guys there. You'll then get any advice or encouragement you need as your claim progresses.

Hi,

I bank with Lloyds.

But i had the courage to go in with data Protection Letter in hand, and told them that i understood my rights.

The lady at the counter dissapeared for a few minutes, and then printed them off, 5 minutes after she said that it was not possible.

How happy was i, but very shaky underneath.

Ive now posted a thread on Lloyds. (craig v Lloyds from the start).
