Cool Skint v LloydsTSB
Can anyone help me i have just received back the requested Info from LloydsTSB and First Direct. Lloyds have sent me Statement copies (12 months only), some copies called Statement entries and some papers called Customer notes. On which sheets should i be looking to get the charges information in order to compile my statement to be presented to Lloydstsb.

Hi, alomas, welcome.

If you have had a good read of the FAQs and know how the claim is to proceed, the the next best thing for you to do would be to go to the forums for the banks you have mentioned above and ask your questions on a NEW THREAD of your own.

The people in the relevant forums will pick up your queries and offer you advice based on the experiences of their own claims.

Keep to these NEW THREADS as it makes it easier for us to follow your progress.
