Yet another Newbie!

hi, due to the 'other half' being more of a hands on guy I'm trying to claim back bank charges on his behalf (with him of course providing the obligatory signature every now and again!)

Story basically is that over the course of 6 years NatWest managed to obtain more than £8500 in bank charges off of him.

I've sent the initial request for information and today received the standard, sorry you're not happy but everything we've done is perfectly legal and not excessive, we don't agree with OFT re credit card charges and basically we're not giving you a penny...... So onto stage 2.

Question I really have is do I have to say goodbye to anything over £5000 (small claims limit) or can I do it in two separate claims..?

Any help/advice gratefully received

Yes, vodka', split the claim in two.
