Question Any advice - My bank is using a law firm
My bank - Abbey - has acknowledged my moneyclaim through their lawyers. Is this normal - has this happened to anyone else?

Any advice appreciated!

yes, Lloyds are renowned for using their own solicitors, don't worry, I am sure its a scare tactic, I bet it got you worried right? If so, well it's what they want!
Keep with it, they will be offering to settle soon!

Yeah, I was slightly taken aback - just wasn't expecting them to use lawyers for this. Won't let it put me off - after all, what have I to loose?!

Hi.

They use the lawyers to make you back down.The lawyers themselves are making a fortune just writing letters.Banks have'nt gone to court yet,as full disclosure of their true costs will be revealed.
