Just joined - question! Can I request Subject Access Request for both bank and credit card at same time?

Hi everybody. I just joined.

I've read through the FAQs and I'm ready to start to claim my money back.

I have a bank account and credit card with LloydsTSB.

My question is do I just deal with the bank account charges first or should I ask about charges on both and request the refunds as a total?

I couldn't find the answer anywhere here on the site, although it's taking me a while to get used to it all.

If they are both from the same bank theres no reason why.
One data protect request will cover both accounts.
Some people choose to do them sep.
I would suggest getting the figures from both accounts and looking at them.
You have nothing to lose if claiming sep since you will be claiming court fees back for both should it go that far.

Read the faqs,there is different criteria in claiming but this is only minor.
