I've been thinking about starting the process of claiming back bank charges - but have been overwhelmed by the amount of information on the site!
I'm determined to get it all back, but could do with some guidance and encouragement

Make sure you take a good long while out to read everything. There is a wealth of information available and we recommend being up to speed with this before taking any action.

Finally start a thread in the bank forum relevant to you. That way you can keep a timeline of your progress and receive help and support where needed.
