Default Reclaim from A & L

Hi, I'm new to this and am not sure whether to proceed with a claim. I have been charged a relatively small amount - £75 - but it was for going over drawn by only £39 and I am not happy. I have written to them and they don't want to know which has made me more angry. I am quite happy to go through the claim procedure but is this amount too small? Any advice to offer?

In my eyes no amount is too small if it is unlawful, and it is. I would take this all the way. You will be supported through the process, so don't worry, you have several thousand CAG members and the law on your side.

Hello and welcome, you may find that you will get this back by telephoning them a few times or writting to them warning them of court action. I would follow the claims procedure on here and you will find that they may pay up before you even get as far as the court stage. Good Luck.

Lol i see we have all responded in the space of two mins.
