simonhollings Basic Account Customer Watch out, there are Claims Touts about! Challenge your credit file? Join Date: Sep 2006 Posts: 1	Overdraft charges This is a quick one. I've heard rumours that it is unlawful for my bank to charge me for being beyond my overdraft limit & for charging me for what the services they provide to act upon this. Is this true & can I reclaim such money?
